REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY — MYBEX

 

EXCHANGES

We want you to love your fit. We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery. A nominal transport and handling fee will be applicable for the return pickup and delivery of the new item.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. For all returned items, we provide Store Credit (valid for 6 months) for the order amount, minus a small processing fee to cover logistics costs.

We offer Store Credit for all returns, which is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. This gives you the flexibility to choose a different size, a new color, or even a completely different product from our collection at your convenience.

CONDITIONS

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

- Items without original tags/packaging are not eligible

- Sale or discounted items are not eligible (unless defective)

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactmybex@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

COD ORDERS

An additional charge of Rs.50-100 applies for Cash on Delivery orders.
